Construction Metals, Inc. was formed in 1991. Its products include: metal flashing and trim, ventilation products and accessories, access doors, wire mesh/galvanized hardware cloth, and corner bead. CMI distributes its products wherever professional grade building products are sold.
From the beginning, CMI focused its efforts on raising the bar in regards to selection, product quality and, above all, customer service. CMIs whole-hearted commitment to setting the highest possible standard of customer service forged strong relationships with our customers across the Western States. In 2003 CMI was acquired by Gibraltar Industries, a multi-billion dollar company and a national leader in the building products industry. Gibraltar serves approximately 10,000 customers in a variety of industries in all 50 states, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, and Central and South America. It has approximately 4,500 employees and operates 94 facilities in 29 states, Canada, Mexico, and China. A strong parent company brings added stability and access to new products.
